Kevin and I made this song for our kids to dance to on Christmas morning, and dance they did. Still, it reflects much more than that. It's about how someone can enter your life and completely disrupt whatever sense of order you may have maintained for yourself, and yet they simultaneously improve things beyond your wildest expectations. There are inside jokes contained in these lyrics, too. Feel free to guess their meaning, but I'll never tell!
